Nest: Traces @ Taoyuan Land Art Festival
[ 2026桃園地景藝術節 ]
July 4 – August 30, 2026
The “2026 Taoyuan Land Art Festival” centers on Taoyuan’s “Pearl Coast,” focusing on the coastal landscape interwoven with sand dunes, wetlands, algal reefs, stone weirs, fishing port settlements, and industrial development. It re-examines the coexistence between humans and the ocean, as well as life, ecology, and production.
The exhibition runs from July 4th to August 30th, 2026, with “Zhuwei Fishing Port” and “Yongan Fishing Port” as the two core exhibition areas.
Connecting the entire coastline are four ecological exhibition areas: “Xucuogang Wetland,” “Caocuo Sand Dunes,” “Guanxin Algal Reefs,” and “Xinwu Stone Weirs.” Artists from 13 countries participated, including 25 international artists and 47 domestic artists, including 9 local Taoyuan artists, creating over 70 artworks.
